We are back in Amsterdam and I still wanted to post a few snaps from when I went to Amsterdam Fashion Week a few weeks ago. I got invited to attend the Dennis Diem show and as always I was absolutely thrilled to be able to check out their new collection.
I have been really into wearing red lately, so I wore this low cut red number and dressed it down by throwing on an oversized striped blazer. I finished the look by choosing a pair of fish net socks and killer heels to add some edge to the total look.
Although we have been back in Amsterdam for a while now, I am still not used to living here again. I miss Bali terribly and I am excited that I will be returning there soon. Most likely I will be back in October again.
Yes, life is amazing in Bali and nothing beats beautiful beaches, magical temples and mouth dropping waterfalls in the jungle. But hey I missed the fashion here in Europe, so it was great to be able to visit Amsterdam Fashion Week again. The great thing is Dennis Diem just happens to be one of my favorite designers.
This year I tagged my mom along. We both are such huge fashion lovers and boy did we see some fashion! Dennis Diem is known to create styles that are far from ordinary. His exquisite designs are well crafted and would fit any red carpet event. Did I mention red is my color at the moment? I fell head over heels with these all red ensembles.
We spent the evening munching on small bites and sipping champagne before the show. It was a shame it started pouring with rain. The tents were set up outside getting everything wet, so we headed back home fairly early right after the show.
This weekend I am also attending Africa Fashion Week Amsterdam. I am really curious to see what it’s all about, as this is my first time visiting. Of course I will keep you guys updated about it on my Instagram.
